Here In PA you have to have a showroom (indoor or outdoor) that is capable of having 5 cars with their doors open..... you need a seperate office with a dedicated phone and filing cabinet and posted hours.

I tried to rent an old used car place for a few hundered $ per month but the local laws had changed and no longer allowed used car lots in that area.....

I don't think the license was all that expensive from the STATE... it was more the hassle of having to pay rent.... plus the insurance on the car(s) is fairly expensive as well.......

i was just going to buy 1 car at a time and keep it at my house to sell, but it all fell through anyway.....
