Default Is this a good Utility Knife to purchase? Gerber 22-41545

I remember seeing a knife thread awhile back, good year ago at least but i couldnt find it. I had a leatherman tool in the past that i really liked until i lost it. now im looking for something to replace it. I like this one cause its black haha.

Its $54.59 at amazon right now with free shipping. they said it was regularly $101

what do you guys think? any other suggestions?

I have a Gerber. To be honest, I haven't owned a lot of these multi-tools. However, it is well made, well engineered and the blades stay sharp as fawk.

The first one you pictured looks to be like a nice multi-tool. Pick me up one while your at it.

I've carried the same Gerber multiplier every day for about 10 years. I wouldn't trade it for any other multitool.

Only thing that broke on it was the can opener... It snapped off after opening the 4th #10 can with it.
