How do you go about lowering your NO levels. According to several sources I have heard the cat will make little to no affect on the lowering of the NOs.
They are created when the combution temperature is too high. So, how would I lower the combustion temperature. This is on a stock car. On4e of my friends just failed her e-check due to the NO level. Oddly enough..she was lower than half the acceptable level for the other tests?

02 sensor, run some fuel system cleaner/induction system cleaning.
