Default dyno smog in cali

i've been hearing that in cali starting in Jan, we will have to dyno smog our cars.
you guys hear about this?

Hasn't it been that way for a couple of years? The last 2 times I smogged were on the dyno

Theres already parts of cali that do the dyno smog.

I believe so cal and up by sac. I was hearing the bay area possibly too

It was hard to believe, but near my house as I was driving by, there was a dyno smog station setup on the street with a CHP officer standing there.

dude there is a way to get around the dyno **** if you will pass just barely lower your car about 1.8 inches and they cant drive your car on the dyno and then they have to do the 2500 rpm idle test for 2 min hahhaaha that is what I did for the state REF ******* LOL

my crx and hatchback were dyno smogged last month in LA. So yeah they are already doing it.

My crx was lowered about 2.5" and he still got it on... he complained, but he got it on
