I do not *normally* take pictures of my food, but this is a notable exception. George, the owner of our excellent local fusion restaurant, decided that this would be funny.

Love lechon this was my lechon, we did it as a Boodle Fight when in Bohol, Philippines, at night one the beach with tiki flames.. One of the best meals for the money ever, including eating at 3 Michelin star restaurants. Definitely one of the best lechons ever. Sorry Puerto Ricans, Cubans, Argentinians, does not hold a candle to the Filipino Lechon.

my friend sends snapchats of food describing what it is, but it's always after they already ate it so it's mostly just crumbs and empty plates. I enjoy that more.

Post it up on social media for the e-props. I very rarely do it unless I'm dining at an expensive restaurant or I cook something that looks visually appetizing.
