7 weet bix 2 eggs and glass of milk
2nd Meal:
Bowl Of continental chicken and vegetables family pack rice (125grams)
3rd Meal:
Bowl Of continental chicken and vegetables family pack rice (125grams)
4th Meal:
Bowl Of continental chicken and vegetables family pack rice (125grams)
5th Meal:
3 eggs and glass of milk or water
6th Meal:
Bowl Of continental chicken and vegetables family pack rice (125grams)
7th Meal:
Bowl Of continental chicken and vegetables family pack rice (125grams)
8th Meal:
7 weetbix 2 eggs and glass of milk
-GYM Time-
9th meal Whole large chicken and glass of milk or water

Saturday and Sunday
Consisted of anything i felt like really.
Whole chickens, Rump steaks, Weetbix and occasionally cheat meals."

he gained a lot of fat and a tiny bit of muscle AND it took him 1.5 years. Wow He fucked something up hardcore. I mean a lot of guys do dirty *** bulks for that long but usually they end up looking like a football lineman...He just looks like a skinny fat guy instead of a skinny guy.

He may be genetically predisposed to some sort of condition. I can't see someone eating a lot of calories (regardless of the calories) and lifting weights looking like that. Unless he wasn't lifting weights that hard. I feel bad for him, almost as bad as myself working out for 8 yrs. and looking like me.

That has to be the worst diet I've ever seen, I'd think he'd almost be better off eating mcdonalds 3 times a day. His calorie intake would probably still of been less than that even if it is complete garbage and fats.

He probably had a 3k-4k calorie surplus.
