current dog is a lab pit mix:

she is a prefect dog

once i buy a house again, i will be getting another pit bull

and for the record, i dont trust anyone that doesnt like dogs.

completely agree,

my lab will bite/snap at dust/bugs/light reflections

she wags her tail when strangers knock on the door, but barks when she hears the garage open.

Meet Dexter, Malti-Poo

I was never a fan of dogs until Dexter was pawned off on us by my gf's parents. Now, I wouldnt want to live without him around. I love that dog, he's my best bud.

x2.

LOL at the people calling labs dumb.

my lab is terribley smart, and pretty much every lab i have come into contact with is intelligent.

Bear will rip you a new one if you come up to the house after dark, and will bark twice or so to let you know people are in the driveway, other than that, he does not bark.

Its crazy, he's caught the peeping tom at the lakehouse. I was walking him down by the waters edge, and he stops, hair rose up, points his tail and kinda widens his base. he kinda snarled, and if i whisper "get em" to him he'll go ******* apeshit and charge, and just to see what it was (figured it was a deer or a duck) i told him to "get 'em" and the guy screamed, and started running, and bear stopped the second i called him back. My mom saw his dumb *** run past our house back to his creepy cabin thing, and he's the one who has been caught looking in peoples windows at night and ****.

I'd be inclined to say labs are smart. I've only had 3 of them tho, so what do i know.

Whats Up DOHC.....

Before I met my gf, I never cared for dogs, either. I've come to like her brown hair daschund. I can live without, but I enjoy them now. Her grandmother has one just like yours.

I just baby sat her friend's cocker spaniel.... I kind of like that breed too. Def not as affectionate, smart, or intense as the dachshy but lovable nonetheless.

It all depends on the dog. My aunt had a dachshund and that thing was a little biotch.

Our morkie mutt (maltese/yorkshire terrier mix)
