Started with 2, just earned 3 last July when I hit my 5-year mark with the company. Gotta make it to 15 before it goes up again, get 1 day per year of service from 15-20, caps at 4 weeks beyond 20 years.
Not sure what the ceiling is, I kinda glazed over once I got my question answered.

But I know that the next level up (5+ years of service) gets an addt'l week of vacation, so up to 20 days.

Then I think it's 25, then 30...etc

In IT everybody now has "Unlimited Vacation" policies. Benefits the company in two big ways. You actually tend to take LESS vacation believe it or not and they dont have to pay you out on accrued vacation when you quit.

Smaller companies are doing stuff like this and offering 50% more salary instead of standard benefits (which is awesome if you donít need insurance), but none of the big boys are.

One page. Just one page.

Maybe experiment with the font size.

Single space, double space between paragraphs, but do not indent the paragraphs.

Yes, yes it is. And no, Iím not exaggerating. But you get literally no benefits (PTO, insurance, 401k match, etc).

Still well worth it.

Rguy that sounds like a rip-off for the IT guys

In personally wouldn't even entertain a cover letter that's more than one page. I directly go through these as well as resumes when we hire which had been a decent amount lately. I have enough things to do than to read monsterous cover letters.

Well, they still haven't said no lol. Not sure what I would do if they came back and asked me for an interview right now.

sounds like what a handful of contracting jobs (some long term) I have seen.
I took a job similar and they added in per diem every day because the site was 110 miles from home (per diem, which I'm sure you know is tax free )
