Really liking the new gen SH-AWD stuff.

Hoping the price on those electric motor modules comes down... Would even consider a secondhand one for some E-Kart action.

The picture showing the front view is not rendered well.

It looks better than that.

This is an MMC. I'm not sure why they're spending this kind of money on it ahead of the 2020 FMC, but underneath it all it's the same care we saw in 2013.

Infotainment system is better by virtue of CarPlay and a much faster processor.

They already had ACC that worked well at low speed, but now they're saying they have LKAS that works at low speed. This would make rush hour traffic in major cities much easier to deal with.

The current LKAS only works when you hit 43 mph. Not sure where 43 mph came from, but that's it. :-)

If they can market the KC2 version a little better, they might even sell some of them. It sounds like they have more batteries now than they had when the car was released, so there is hope for seeing more Sport Hybrids.

But until 2020 model year they are still being build at the low volume Saiyama line.

So they can move production around to get us more KC2, but only at the expense of fewer KC1.

Looks like real wood and different leather, with partial piping.

This is not the kind of car that's going to appeal to the typical GDD posters.

You have a 2014 KC2?

What is it you do not like?

We'd probably agree about things you do not like (the infotainment system sucks, although Krell Audio is great).

I'm waiting for the FMC in 2020. There's not enough different to make me get rid of the one that I have.

LOL.... :-)

The sales figures in this segment are frightening. You wonder why they even bother, except that it's apparently some kind of platform for future technology, like the whole Sport Hybrid concept.

At 10/10 on a skidpad, this car is very obviously in a mild oversteer. It's hilarious. As long as your movements are smooth and controlled, the car will let you do almost whatever you want.

If you lift suddenly, or jerk the steering wheel, the car intervenes. That can be exactly the wrong thing because of course its instincts are to straighten itself out...which could be dangerous depending on what you're doing.

But you can even drift it...if you're gentle and predictable.

For the 2014 model year, only 430 KC2 were given to dealers, and none of them were for sale before October 2014. We still don't know exactly why they were manufactured and then put into storage for so long.

Zero in the USA for 2015.

Then hundreds again in 2016 and 2017.

How were you able to single it out with its "blend into the flow of traffic" bland styling?

The KC1 gets the new 10 speed Honda-made automatic, while the KC2 keeps the 7 DCT.

Complete with tacky music that proves they *still* don't understand the audience!! LOL....

Kind of like the sporty wheels, though.

From that view the front almost reminds me of the mazda. Still ugly. Rear reminds me of bmw.
