Single is usually longer though which is nice for a bench and such up front. Will get a full garage picture tomorrow.

Yeah cept the 'front' wall is an opening which leads to a smaller middle room.

Got my workbench on one side of the garage and a HF rolling 5 drawer box on the other side.

Just moved a bunch of stuff around so its a mess right now.

It's 18 gauge steel plate to take some of the load, used tender washers on bottom for the same thing as well.

The leg for the compressor shed caught on something as I was moving it with the bob cat. Of course I didn't see it and it snapped the 2x6. I'll just have to put another 2x6 on the front of it.

Drilled the holes in the wall to route the power and air to the shed.

The lighting I installed. You can also see the blue MaxLine air line and electrical conduit running across.

No, three bulb fluorescent. They came from CMU's auditorium. My buddy took them out during a remodel, CMU didn't want them so he got them with extra bulbs. We have boxes of bulbs, never seen them before, but he says they are **** expensive.

New tool box.

Looks stupid, but 30 amp double pole 220v switch for the compressor. So I don't have to use the breaker at night to turn it off.

Junction off the wall to go to the lift.

The run to the lift

Across the top beam

I feel like pulling some engines out. For the last month or two, I've only been working on my shop not the cars in it.

Still not where I want it to be, but definitely getting closer.

Just as a FYI, the compressor outside in the shed, only sounds like 10-20 db inside the shop. Just a low hum.

Compressor outside is nice touch. Is it bolted to the ground in the shed?

I'll take a picture. The shed is just sitting (right now). The compressor has 2x4 going across the floor, there is rubber bushing under each leg of the compressor which is then bolted to the 2x4.

Hard to explain, but I'll try.

Compressor.
Rubber bushings,
2x4,
Floor,
(bolt through the top 4)

2x6 framed floor.
4x4 post legs.
sitting on concrete.

I'm just curious if it is anchored so it doesn't grow legs.

Also, the shed itself weighs a lot. The bob cat (small one) had a hard time picking it up. On full throttle, the forks had a hard time tilting up.

Looking pretty good. Need a compressor and lift like that.

First need some better cordless tools though.
