Picked up a slimfan from Bob last night and he put it in for me. He also fixed my gauges. Got me in on a emergency appt and missed part of the Sox game, now thats customer service.

Damn good deal...I'm going to order one as soon as I sell something. My 240k mi rad is looking pretty ugly with the "age cracks" in the plastic.

PM'd you regarding a civic rad.

I already ordered a slim fan elsewhere, when I realized that I'd have to buy the attachers twice if my old rad went out....so I figured why not just get a new one now.

Just get out a 5 lb sledge or a hammer and whack the **** outt the x-member or cut it. search for "rad" or "radiator" in the archives of the crx forum and you'll find alot of answers.

I did it, but I used an innovative x-member. They're cheap, BTW, like less than $200 brand new.
