it's flanged for a T3 turbine... so anything with a T3 turbine (T3, T3/T4, etc) would work

Should be fine, but use the wastegate elbow, to tile the wastegate down.

i already shaved my webbing for my max rev log mani and t3/t4 57trim ar60. so i can use the blox with the sc61 and just shave a little off the webbing?

You can just get the little elbow... are you worried about the external hitting the hood? Not sure I understand the question...
