I installed everything, but didn't hook up the vacumm line to the regulator or the intake. I just want to see if the controller works since I bought it used. Anyway, after I depressed the pedal for 10 secs, it still shows RED. That means it didn't learn the TPS sensor yet. I test the Blue/Yellow wire. It shows 5v close and wide open. Weird thing is my SAFC shows 0% close and 100% open. What did I do wrong?

How do I test for the right wire for TPS? 95 GSR

You need to connect it to the middle wire on the TPS ,. I think this wires color is Red with a blue tracer. It should show about .5V closed thottle and 4.5V WOT.

Thank you, but in the manual it said that wire is negative

Check it with a volt meter, I'm 99% it is the middle wire. After the F+F Movie I did 8 million Zex kits , Just going from what I remember.

IT WORKS hehe Another question. Is it normal after the system turn off, it has this noise like when you let the air out of your tires. It goes shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, not loud like when it's on. I purge the line, then it went away. Does it mean my solenoid doesn't close all the way?

i hope you didnt use teflon tape to seal the threads. Paste is best, the tape comes off and jams in the solenoids
