Default Zerolift turbo kit: 94 GSR, 120K miles, 278whp - 190 ft/lbs, 9psi

Car = 94 Integra
Motor = Stock 120,000 mile USDM GSR
Turbo manifold = random tubular
Wastegate = Tial 38mm
Intercooler = 26x12x3" core
Turbo = (per customer) T3/04E .63A/R hotside, .60a/r compressor housing, .60 trim compressor, stg 3 exhaust wheel
Injectors = 450cc (maxed out, 11.5 AFRs at max boost)
Management = Crome, tuned by me

This is our shop's "cheap" turbo kit - $3500 installed w/2.5" DP, plus injectors and tuning. No bling bling here, just solid results.

This dyno sheet is for a 2.5" DP (car has since been upgraded to a 3" DP.) Dyno:

7psi spring in WG, creeped to 9.2 psi by redline. No boost controller.

Car ran 12.8 @114 on Azenis with 2.5" DP.
Car ran 12.8 @118 on Azenis with 3" DP.

Car has AWESOME throttle response - anything past about 3500 RPM is instant spool. Arguably one of the most fun street cars I've had the pleasure of tuning.

The owner, Jeff, beats the **** out of the car on a regular basis.

If you need help tuning it or guidance with tuning parts, send a PM. More than happy to oblige. I have another recent post up with a Peakboost kit I tuned... GSR, 303/214 on 11psi on a mustang dyno... Check it out...

I have a feeling the owner of this car is going to get a boost controller, bigger injectors, 2.5 bar MAP sensor and retune on higher boost, real soon now... I'm thinking 350 on 100% stock internals (ok, maybe headstuds) is going to be the next step. Stay tuned for more updates.

can we buy this kit and not have you install it, instead ship it to us? and send me a base map to run it off of for crome and i tune myself? and do you have any pics of the kit? what is the piping made of? stainless or aluminum?

So, it's $3500 for the turbo kit installed including injectors, management, and tuning?!

Does it come with everything shown in the pictures?

Oh, host that video back up for us to see!

$3500 + choice of injectors, management, tuning. I believe it comes with everything pictured (manifold, turbo, 2.5" DP, BOV, IC, piping, couplers, tbolts). I'm just the tuner, and I'm sure I'll get flamed by admins if I say too much more.

Jeff had a set of DSM450s, resistor box, Crome and I'm gonna say about $3-400 in tuning. I don't remember exactly, but it was a couple hours of street tuning and an hour of dyno tuning.

I'll try to get some videos up soon. Need to re-encode them as they're much larger than they need to be right now.
