zc1.6 with greddy turbo kit. which fuel pump walbro 190 or 255 ?/other greddy ?'s
I know this may have been covered before.
I plan on doing a zc1.6l swap in my dx hatch. It will have an automatic tranny.
I plan on upgrading the tranny components/tq convertor/ tranny cooler.
Once the swap in complete and all is well.
I will be adding a greddy turbo kit with emanage/bov/fuelpump upgrade/2.5 exhaust with 2.5 dp and leave at stock boost levels until I feel all bugs are worked out. I plan on adding an intercooler and uping the boost to 7psi. From what I have read this can be done on the emanage but at it limits.
If all goes well I want to then max out at 10psi maybe with a afc hack and 310 injectors.
Can I use 310 injectors with emanage and run higher than 7psi using either pump? Or am I risking engine death?
Will the 255lph pump be over kill for my plans?
Does the greddy manifold need to have relief cuts? I've had experience with greddy kits on miata's and this is a must or they crack.
Anyone with 2.5"dp extended to remove cat. Any clearance issues with front swaybar? I added ST sways to my car. I had to remove the lower heat shield from the cat to stop it from making contact.
Can anyone give me information on direct swap in 310 injectors, sourced from other cars etc?
