Default ZC Turbo plug gaps (NGK BKR6E-11's); what should it be set at?

I did a search for this, and saw that most people running ~7-8psi said to gap the plugs about .035. I'm running a MSD 6A on my Turbo ZC, and am boosting 7psi. I installed new NGK BKR6E-11's yesterday, and wanted to make sure I gapped them right. I am getting bad hesitation; and it seemed like it got worse when I put the plugs/MSD on at the same time. Also, what should my timing be set at right now? Should it be retarted a little bit for the boost; or just stock is fine?
