Hi fellas i found a few turbos but i have a confusion wich is the best option??

1. Turbo is a

GARRETT T3/T4E hybrid It has a 57 trim compressor wheel,50AR compressor housing and 63AR turbine housing with a stage three turbine wheel. It comes with a 10lb adjustable wastegate .They also come with a 360 degree bolt down thurst and only two companies make those Garrett and turbonetics.

2. Turbo a T3/T4E hybrid, remanufactured. It has a 57 trim compressor wheel,50AR housing and 48AR turbinewith a stage three turbine shaft.Garrett compressor wheel and shaft and garrett covers with all new garrett components. It also comes with a 360 degree bolt down thrust.

3. Turbo is a T3/T4E hybrid, remanufactured. It has a 57 trim compressor wheel,50AR housing and 48AR turbinewith a stage one turbine.Garrett compressor wheel and shaft and garrett covers with all new garrett components. It also comes with a 360 degree bolt down thrust.

here we go my questions wich of this 3 turbo is the best choice for my DOCH ZC and if somebody can explain me about which is the diferrence between a stage 1 and stage 3 turbo and also want to know what means when talk about TRIM and AR?? thanks in advance

I'd go with the 3rd option. 57trim will take a while to spool on a basicly stock dohc zc, so the smallest of the 3 would be ideal. The stg1 57trim will still make over 400whp w/supporting mods, so its not like it would have to be upgraded.

Maybe the stg3 wheel if you want a bit more topend for the built motor, since zc's by design are better midrange than top - when compaired to a vtec motor.

To sum it up, trim # is the size of the compressor wheel (higher # = bigger wheel = more max power = more lag). AR is derived from forumla that basicly says how restrictive the housing is. Again, higher number means the same as the previous example. "Stage #" is basicly the size of the t3 turbine wheel. Older turbos usually had stg1 wheels, most come with stg3 now. For a street 1.6 d-series (zc), go with the smaller of the choices - you can always turn up the boost. 57trim's are usually good for 20+ psi.
