Finally got around to putting the two on saturday. Most of the time was spent playing with the stupid oil return line, hehe PITA.
Also we made our own 3" downpipe.....pretty good job on that I must say so myself for the first time making one. Racerxadam again was the man with the MIG----more awesome welding.
The manifold:

The turbo and manifold: Mmmmm, 4 bolt turbine Precision sc61....first of its kind Im told.


Our own 3" down pipe. Notice the welds around the bolt holes....tapped them in with a punch then welded it--had to use allen heads.




On the car....


Backdoor Full-Race 10x20 is ordered and on its way soon. For now the PWR 8x20 is being used.

Gonna pull the head off today and replace leaky valve guides....i was hoping my oil burning problem was a leaky seal on the old turbo

With the full 3" DP...when I made mine...I kinda bent the pieces where the bolt holes would be then tig welded that area then migged the rest for strengh...also allen head bolts are a higher grade then most bolts so your good to go

I did not make this manifold....I wish I did/could. This is made by Full-Race Engineering. I dont believe they are doing D series stuff at this time, but possibly in the future, who knows.

Thanks for the comments everyone! Gonna order some bronze valve guides from Portflow and get the oil problem straightened out and then get this sucka tuned!
