Your thoughts on the PWR radiator and fitment issues.
I have a 94-97 Integra RS and I just purchased a PWR 92-00 Civic radiator from Full-Race because of Geoff recommendation. I am planning on going boost and need the clearance. I was just wondering about your thoughts on the PWR radiator compared to the others. Also how hard is it to relocate the mounting brackets for the new radiator? Thanks!

ehhhh they are ok . i got mine for a crackhead price, so i deal with it . it performs very well it looks like , but the quality isnt the greatest IMO.
but the easiest thing to do is leave the pass side mount in and drill out the driver mount and re weld it closer to where you need.
i couldnt get a drill in to drill out the welds on mine so i just made a custom bracket for the other side of the rad.
i dunno if this helps much , but heres a shot of mine , you cna kinda see the alum brackets i made.

i think the fluidynes are much nicer looking . the koyos from what i saw are very nice too , but i havent gotten upclose and really checked em out in a long time , like years, so im not sure on those.
but functionality wise, im sure they all work the same

im not sure what you are looking at or basing your decisions on... Fluidynes are VERY weak compared to the PWR and you can often see them ballon out. Koyos fit like garabage and are way too wide. if you need pics of this i will dig them up. PWR and C&R are the only radiators we use

I had a fluidyne and it did balloon slightly when the sleeve cracked. It did not leak however and was still in perfect working condition. I have not personally seen a pwr balloon so I can not say that they are weak. But I will never buy another fluidyne radiator, espically for the prices they charge.
