if yes, where should i take to to get resurfaced at?

Yes you should. Any machine shop can do it. Or even most auto parts stores that have machine shop services can do this kinda work too.

Yes resurface the flywheel, but no do not get it lighten too much. If the flywheel is too light you might fall out of boost faster if it takes you a long time to get into the next gear.

It's NOT necessary to get the flywheel resurfaced when you change the clutch. As long as the flywheel is in good shape, as in no nicks or grooves, etc., I never get it resurfaced. Just run your finger or nail across the surface and make sure it's perfectly smooth, clean the sucker off with some brake cleaner and you're good to go.
