Would you trade a JRSC for a almost complete turbo DIY kit?
i have a turbonetics t3/teo4e stage III 57 trim turbo, with dsm bov, ford probe intercooler, piping for dc2, dsm 450 resitor box and couplars.
the turbo needs a rebuild, but otherwise in good shape.
I decided to go supercharger for practicle uses, and I was wondering, would it be possible to trade for a LS jrsc with a little more cash on my end? what does everyone think?

you are going to be way happier with the turbo setup.. and it will also leave you with an upgrade path.. whith the SC your pretty much stuck..
dont let anyone tell you that SC's "are better for street driving" cause its BS.. a properly sized turbo will have great bottom end grunt..

i was just thinking about, and now I really don't want to be tapping my oil pan, modify my ecu and other ****. I want a JRSC just for the simpicity.... not really in the need for super huge power.

Go all motor then. You would need to modify your ECU if you went with a S/C anyways (tuning will be needed no matter what you do). Going turbo isn't any more difficult than going with a S/C.
