Alright, i finally got my turbo from cheapturbo.com. t3/04e 57trim .63 a/r-- and on the compressor side, it is wet with something?? It had a piece of paper on it, that said something about it being NOX-RUST VAPOR WEARER.. and the paper was wet-- so what is this coating on my turbo??

Ok-- so let me re-phrase it: What does this coating do? And should i wipe it down to clean it off??

We ship parts with the same paper in it.

All it does is prevent rusting during shipment.

Leave it/Clean it. Doesnt matter.

Save yourself the trouble and just put it on your car. Within the first few minutes the turbo will get hot enough to vaporize that stuff. Good luck with your set-up.
