The D17 can hold the most boost. Aprox 0.1L more boost than d16's, 0.2 than yours. 
If you mean bone-stock, the DOHC ZC wins. Thicker rods and big ports means no issues with a good tune and 250whp. Others aren't too safe above 225whp.
