Just did my injector and Main harness today. Use the 99-00 SI ECU chart the 96-00 only is good for the 96-98 civic ECU's. Other than that this will help give you an Idea on what needs to happen:

I have not the slightest clue on how to do the ignition part of it. If you have anymore questions or find out how to do ignition PM me.
