Default Wired relay for turbo timer/alarm, but not working help

hey,

i followed the writeups that people posted about wiring a 5 pt relay with alarm. I have a Greddy TT with a Viper 300ESP alarm. I cut the yellow wire on alarm (ign) and wired those to pts 87a and 30. I wired a 12V constant from alarm (red w/ fuse) to pt 85 and i wired the gray wire off the TT to pt 86. left 87 open like it says. doesn't work. HELP!!! can arm after TT stops counting but not during the count. thanks!

oh and already did search...

Default Re: Wired relay for turbo timer/alarm, but not working help (Sivik)

I had a viper690 and a greddy turbo timer and tried the write ups to get the alarm to set with the timer counting down. well i never got it working. It would just not arm the alarm with the key out and then it would unlock my doors once it counted all the way down, so just waited til i counted down and then armed my car. I would like to know if anyone got it working correctly either.
