I'm going to buy a turbo over my Christmas break from college and i want to make sure this turbo is going to fit my needs before i go and buy it.
I'm looking at a T3/T04E 57Trim .63 AR
Is that going to be big enough to support 300whp on a STOCK motor GSR???

Yes that turbo can make 300WHP...as long as you tuner knows what they are doing.

i'm looking for something around 300whp, doesn't have to be that high because i want to make power at like 3500-4500rpm and have full boost by 5000 or a little over.
What do you think is possible and safe for this turbo and the stock engine??
Do you think i should cut down my power goals a little??

The turbo can support 300WHP and like adseguy pointed out it is good for up to 400-450WHP if you want to push it harder. 300hp should be around 9-10 psi for that turbo. If you wanted to you could also go with a 50 trim or 54 trim T04E which might be a little more efficient then the 57 trim. For lag I've seen people say anywhere between 5000-5500 RPM's. But if you want really good spool you could get a 0.48 ar turbine instead of the more common 0.63 ar turbine. But you'll sacrifice your high end for better low end performance with a 0.48 turbine.
EDIT: You should probably be more concerned with blowing the stock block instead of shooting for 300 WHP. To keep it a little safer you could run less boost and stick with 250ish WHP.
