Default Will hondata/uberdata/VAFC hack pass emissions *emissions questions*

I know some people say just put back your stock ecu when you're going to get the emissions test, but i am wondering if any of you guys have passed emissions testing with your turbo setup fuel management. in ontario they are contemplating removing emissions testing, but i would like to run a clean turbo kit, so my question what fuel management can i use to run a clean combustion so i will pass emissions.

I tuned a SOHC vtec with JRSC.
My own p30 software similair to Crome & Uberdata.
And it passed the emission test with the stock cat.

I passed AirCare with flying colours in Surrey running my own Uberdata program - B16 in a CRX Si. So yes, it'll pass provided they don't hook diagnostics up to the computer and your tune doesn't suck.
