thinking about upgrading the del sol w/ a reliable low boost turbo kit that can retain all accessories, especially a/c. i just found out today that the jackson s/c won't fit on my sol because of the ABS unit. how much fabrication is necessary to install the greddy kit on a del sol vtec? any other recommendations? thanks for any help.

I dont' think it should be a probelm i used to have the greddy sohc kit for civics on my sol and it went on no problem,i dont know how much different the dohc kit would be..

the SIR kit should fit no problem, BUT make sure you have the OBD version as listed in the Greddy instructions.

I stupidly bought a kit for a 96 GSR (OBD2), My motor is a 95 (OBD1).

So now I have Hondata

ok, thanks for that info. so basically i'll need the 94-95 obd1 GSR kit?

If you are referring to the Kit for the 99-00 Si B16 kit, you shouldn't run into TOO many problems with fitment, however the blue box is made for OBDII as with the rest of the kit. This is the problem you will run into.

how about if i got an OBDII civic si ecu and ran an obdI to obdII jumper harness?

No one wants to convert to OBDII. I would just get something else like a RevHard kit and a Hondata. You can save money there by NOT having to buy an OBDI ECU or Adapter Harness like I do. (99 Civic Si)

I have the Max Rev kit on my Del Sol with B16A2. I can't recommend it enough... just get some extra piping made and that's it (more or less). You'll be pleasantly surprised at just the .45 bar spring...
