Will this effect spool?

I have a borg warner s366, and the turbine has a 4" outlet. Will it effect spool or anything negative if I run a transition from 4" to 3" from the turbine. Basically, use a 3" dp instead of a 4" dp.

Yes, it will make it spool slower. If you need to transistion from 4-3 do it at the end of the DP.
