will a 2.5in u bend w/ 4in radius clear a/c?
I am planning on fabricating a dp soon and a lot of the ones i see have 2 separate pieces welded together in order to make a tighter bend. The smallest radius ive seen is 4 inches. Will this bend clear the a/c coming directly off of the flange? Or will I have to cut and reweld to make the bend tighter?

I had talked to somebody at InlinePro and they told me to use a ubend with a tight radius at least a 3" radius. They said if you do it right you can use one to fabricate the entire thing, but get two just in case. The ghetto way would be to just a pipe cutter and just go and get it welded. just my .02

No...on the one I just made I used a J bend with a 2.5" radius which was perfect but I cut it anyway to get the angles the way I wanted...hard to explain but no 4" is not tight enough.
