Default Will 0.6bar / 8.6psi be enough for my goals?

My tial wastegate has a 0.6 bar spring and I was wondering if that is enough to get me to my goal so then I can decide if I should hook up my mbc or just run off the spring. I will be having this street tuned so I don't want to have it tuned, dynoed, then find out I'm not at my goal and have to re-tune and dyno it again. My goal is 210-220whp. Here's the setup:

stock y7/y8 mini me
T3 .60 trim .48 exhaust
spoolin log mani / 2.5" dp / closed-loop dump
2.5" carsound high flow cat / 2.5" catback / 2.5" straight through muffler
Tial 38mm wastegate
1g DSM bov
dsm 450cc injectors
2.5" charge pipes
CCA 6" fmic
chipped p28 w/ crome

You'll need anywhere from 10-13psi for your goals...

I'm hoping to achieve it on my stock map sensor. I'll give 10 a shot.

You should hook up a ball and spring MBC anyway..completely delaying the signal to the WG will help boost response tremendously.
