Default Wideband O2 question, tuning with uberdata most likely

As the title says i'll most likely tune with uberdata. The setup will be garret turbo tb0343 i believe, 10 lbs = full boost , stock b18b 94 ls. I know I need a wideband o2 sensor to tune with, my questions are as follows? Which is best, for the least money? Should i leave it hooked up for good to get real-time readings forever? If so, is there a gauge I can hook it to? or do i just need the digital screen or whatever it reads thru as you tune?? any info greatly appreciated, this is the only shady area for me in this install...
