Default wide band engine tunning questions?

I have the inovative tuneyourengine.com wideband 02 I did a few datta logs, and found that I am running between 14.5 to 16.0 air fuel.
thats one reason I got it on my shitty A/F guage it said I was leaning out at the top of each gear.
so hear is my question, I am trying to tune my car, should I try and get the A/F as close to 12.5 as possible? and just try to keep it their across the rpm band?
thanks for the help.

Keep increasing your afc % all across the lower and higher points. Didnt your car throw a IAT code at the dyno? If so, that is a reason why your air/fuel could be off so much.

I think my car was throwing TPS, VTec oil psi.
sometimes it throws a TPS at high rpm's, but I fixed the VTec.
also I think there was something wrong with the P72 that you tuned my car with, I had the CRX turbo with only 220 hp
I ran it at the track and only got a 13.9, so I changed the ECU8 to a P30 and hit I low of 13.0, but avraged 13.2, but I am running a little lean at the top of the rpm band,
so just keep adding fuel till it comes down?
thanks

try for 14.7 from full vacum till 10", then 13.5 from 10" to 0", and 12-12.5 till rev limit.
