WI emission testing question on 94' turbo ls
I'm about to buy a 94' ls turbo and am wondeirng if I'll get it to pass emissions. I know the car wont pass as it sits now but was wondering what you would do to make it pass. I would go back to the full 2.5 w/ no cat follwing the emissions but just wondeirng if making it pass is feasable.
Heres the set up as it sits now.
td04L turbo (stock 06 WRX turbo)
cast drag style mani
38mm wastegate w/open dump
DSM 450's
DSM BOV
aluminum charge pipes
stainless turbo oil lines
2.5inch downpipe to 2.5 inch catback exhaust (no cat)
chipped ECU tuned with Crome Pro by me
JAW wideband
Auto Meter NV series boost gauge and oil pressure gauges
pcv catch can
aluminum radiator w/ 12 inch slim fan
MSD cap and rotor
MSD wires
MSD Blaster 2 coil
God Speed 29x9 front mount intercooler
have a megan racing short shifter with it but not installed
Exedy stage 1 clutch with less than 1000 miles on it
motor mounts all filled with window weld (very solid now)
any tips or wisconsin know-how would be great. Thanks

Re: WI emission testing question on 94' turbo dc2 ls (always smooth)
I'm supposed to go pick it up tomorrow. There is a county where I could get it registered that don't emission test but the bank is hassling me about it.
anybody with any info or experience would be a huge help. thanks again
