Why are my numbers so low? H22 Turbo *dyno pic*
I have a '99 Prelude H22 Turbo. Only mods are the greddy turbo kit (18g) with a custom fmic, greddy exhaust, hks bov, and RC 370 CC injectors. I only made 219 hp and 208 ft-lbs on the dyno at 7 psi. My piping is 3" for the intake, and the rest is 2 1/2". This is not tuned at all. Do these numbers seem low. If so, why do you think they are lower than other h22 turbos? Thanks!

doesnt seem so bad . im asuming the red line is the NA dyno?
and doesnt look like you have an intercooler , get one and bump up the boost youll be good to go
just to see do a compression test

Yea, the red is N/A. I do also have an intercooler. It is a custom fmic.

You answered your own question. You haven't tuned it. Tune that sucker and you should make good numbers.

Ouch, yes tuning will do wonders...
On 7psi and my old stock h22 i put down 270whp, and that was with alot of ghetto piping and some small problems here and there..

no 370's should get you to 250 hp no problem. but if you wnat to make more then you will need some 450's or larger.

I have heard that the Greddy turbo kits are not all that great when it comes to making power. I am not sure though. I had my h22 turbo tuned and I made 203 whp at 3lbs of boost. My torque was like 171. But yaa get thAT BAD BOY TUNED. You will feel the difference.

Seems right to me. A buddy of mine has a prelude with the same kit on it and he put down a little over 200whp. He's also not tuned.

Well, the Greddy kits that come with the "blue box" have nothing to tune....
Get a standalone and tune that bish. I know someone with the lude Greddy kit, Type 24 intercooler, and Hondata making 250 whp at 6 psi.
