most likely will, but you can always run more boost than 8psi, just get a bigger pulley and ditch the JR management. You can also port out the supercharger and straighten out the s intake pipe

JRC = johnny race car intercooler, no? I wouldn't see why it wouldn't hold up.

You say the intercooler is the limiting factor and then you give suggestions for improving it that have nothing to do with the intercooler. Doesn't make sense.
If the intercooler can flow 250 CFM you will have enough flow for your hp goals. The limiting factor will be the efficiency of the intercooler and how much boost you can safely run in the engine. The JRC isn't the best core out there, but with good tuning and good pump fuel you shouldn't have a spot of problems.

I will be running around 20psi from a T3/T04e .60/.63. The tuning will be done by Blown90Hatch, he street tunes his ~600whp Civic, so he won't have an issue with my car.
