whos knows thier sh$t about missing links??
ive been getting a cel 3.ive double checked everything and i think its the missing link getting stuck in the open position for a split second.
right after i turned the car off i pulled the link out.i blew throught the manifold side and it blew striaght through with no problem, then as i blew harder it closed up.like it was stuck for a second.
when i get the cel,it does not seem to go into limp mode.its like it gets the code for a second, then goes away, but the light stays on.
if i suck in on it hard enough, the valve gets stuck again.the car sat for a while and this is one of the older brass colored ones.
what do you guys think,i tried running wd-40 through it,didnt help.

sorry, but i dont think this was a valid answer to his question.
try brake cleaner and maybe a high pressure air (to blow any debis out of the missinglink)..might be some buildup in there.
