run some ducting from a bumper opening to the filter, next best thing to a cold-air setup.

tell me about it, i felt the ic for kicks and it was warm on one end and ice cold on the other, i figure if it ingests cold air it couldnt hurt.
the civic body is perfect for this too cause the hole is pre-cut from where the oe resonator orinally was located.
the filter doesnt get wet cause the plastic fender liner is there.
i'll get some u bends and give it a whirl.
