pipes are 2.5 inch tig welded. mandrel bent.mild steel. uncoated.
for Curtisbeef, READ!
I know 'cause I asked when I placed my order for my mani and DP combo. Would also like to know. There's a guy in NJ and in MD also making charge pipe kits but all are made from steel .

Sorry, I missed the part where you asked for a kit.
If full-race makes a kit you would be safe with them, great products and customer service. Otherwise you might be best to buy seperate pieces and build your own, that way you know it will fit the way you want it too.

Shipping is not the issue, i will have it shipped with other parts.
Currently i have the RevHard pipes, they are 2", 2.25" and the upper charge pipe is 2.5".
But 2" (50mm) from the GT35R to the Precision 600HP intercooler is pretty ghey

We will have set ready within the next few weeks here. If pressed, we could do a one-off by the end of next week. PM me for any details if interested.

Re: Who sells 2.5" aluminium intercooler piping kits? (Tinker219)
I aked Phil aka http://SpoolinPerformance.com about making this in aluminum. his response below.

also the process. itll be 400$ shipped </TD></TR></TABLE>
The for sale thread: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1079925&page=5
So this would be a substantial saving from the Full Race setup. Shipping would have to be extra for you overseas guys. Oh, BTW no affiliation to http://SpoolinPerformance.com, yada, yada. I like good product and good prices and that was enough to convince me to order his mani and Dp combo. and I tend to support the "little" guy.
My very public apology to Curtisbeef. I'm here to learn and get good info. My pet peeves are jokers who post incorrect info and use machismo to cover up their lack of knowledge.

So you have a kit which was actually engineered, and you doubt it simply because most custom pipes (which have about zero engineering) are larger?
I'd stick with the RevHard. Nobody needs 2.5" or 3" intercooler pipes unless those pipes happen to be on a 6.0 liter engine.

I have pieced the kit together, it's not a RevHard kit.
The piping was a mispurchase.
