****, that looks like it was near impossible to weld... Im going to have mine made @ an exhaust shop sooo i dont think they will sepnd time to do something like that.. But I was wondering if u know how hard it would be to run the turbo backwars from the way you got it... intake pointing towards tranny....

Just wanted to add some pictures of my new downpipe for reference. I saw this thread way back when and thought I'd throw up my work for anyone who wants to attempt this in the future. I had a little trouble with the radius being too big and hitting my clutch conversion so I pie cut the bend and was able to tighten it up enough to clear. It isn't complete but the placement under the pan is spot on. Anyway, on to the pictures:
