That manifold does not mount the turbo upward like a topmount, they are just upside down in the pics. The WG flange is on the top of the manifold, the other two looks like they're for internally gated turbos.

I don't believe the two on the left are designed for Honda B-Series motors, if it were, the turbo's would be sticking out of the hood entirely!

The two bottom-mounts on the right look to be for a B or D series.
The two top-mounts on the left look to be for a k-series. They generally have more room above than below due to the firewall and the more square-like valve cover.

FWIW, there is actually enough room for a turbo mounted above a log for almost all B & D series setups. You can't set the turbo very high with a USDM EF hood, but the 5th/6th gen Civics have enough of a bulge to do so.
