If you are offering money, why not get a solution specifically designed for yor application?
One of your solutions is a Hondata Stage 2 system. We spent several weeks optimising a JRSC with a B16A and 440 injectors. Hondata dealers have access this to this information. The value of the tuning alone (20 hours) far exceeds the value of the Hondata system.
What fuel pressure and injectors do you run?
There mught be one problem - the Euro CRX ECU does not use a knock sensor board and is incompatible with the Japanese PWO ECU files. Most people in your situation convert to an OBD I ECU.
For a reference you might like to contact Oscar Jackson himself, as this is what he uses on his B16A CRX.
