Default where to/who to go through for GE sleeving

right now im trying to decide on which setup i want to go with, h22 turbo, or b20vtec turbo....so im adding up all the cost to get the stuff i want done and see what the price diff. between the two setups is...

i am going to get the motor fully built and plan on running GE sleeves, but i was wondering if i have to go directly through GE to get the work done, or if i can go through another place that i could get the prices cheaper?...i would also rather have the motor built, i.e. rods, pistons, bearing, ect. all installed and ready to go once i receive it...i tried emailing GE but havent heard back yet (they prolly get a million emails a day)

i keep reading about past group buys but it doesnt seem there is going to be anymore so who or where should i go through to get the best work done at the best price? any advice would be appreciated, thanx
