Where to place o2 sensor w/ cutout
I did a search and didn't find anything about o2 sensor with a cutout...so I thought I'd ask. Do I have someone move it from behind the cutout to in front of it or does it even matter?
Also...do I have to tune with the cutout open or close or both?

You would be better off with the o2 before the cutout. You should have it tuned with the cutout open.

i had mine just a tad after the cutout, my 99si was converted to OBDI, not ALL of the exhuast will travel out of the cutout, and mine was enough to still pick up a decent reading on my wideband

Should I just have my friend weld another bung in front of the cutout just for wideband and leave the stock o2 after the cutout?...or block the one I have now and use the new one in front of the cutout for both?
Here is what my dp looks like...but it now has an 8in flex pipe on where it ends in the pic.

Re: (H23 EG Hybrid)
if the O2 sensor after the cutout , your will O2 sensor not read correctly when the cutout is open becuase it will be reading free air(I.E. no exhaust to read the amount of oxygen). if you place th O2 sensor before the cutout it will read correctly at wether the cutout is open or closed.
