Default Where to get wastegate flange 35mm to merge with downpipe?

as stated!?

Also why is there a fitting (vacuum I assume on my compressor housing, right before it leads to the charge pipe?

I thought the wastegate source ran from the IM to read vacuum, or does the wastegate need both compressor pressure and IM mani pressure?

Yeah the flange is for the dumptube to be rerouted into the downpipe.

What is the price on that?

you can run the wg source from the turbo or you can run it from the intake manifold just one source is needed

The WG should be fed from a source before the throttle plate, i.e. - not the intake manifold.

Your are partially correct,

you can feed the WG any source that can read postivie pressure no matter where it is located.
