Where to get sandwhich plate for oil filter?

Where to get sandwhich plate for oil filter?
I jsut got an oil cooler and i remember seeing a site sometime back that has a sandwhich plate for the oil filter. Does anyone know where to get one of these?

i got a jdm blitz one from a local performance shop. more expensive than i expected though. it was like $70 i think.

They make ones with and without a built-in 180 degree F thermostat. They both feature (2) 1/2" NPT port for the IN and OUT, and the oil filter adapter piece is available in M20x1.5.
