Where to get Manifold Studs? (Revhard Style Manifold to Turbo)
I am currently looking for those 4 manifold studs that you use when you mount the turbo to a rev hard style manifold
Honda header studs are too small for them so I needed something bigger.
Anyone know the measurements of what i need and where I can get them.

1.25. I believe thats a typo or not for Hondas.
Edit: My bad, i thought you meant for in the head to hold the manifold, not for the manifold to hold the turbo. If thats the case it all depends on who made the manifold and what they wanted to use. You could always grab a tap and see which goes in smoother, 1.25 or 1.5

Hmm, just checked my notes, and it looks like Drag, Rev-Hard, and Inline Pro manifold to turbo threads are 10x1.25(per Stan). I'm using the studs above from ATP with my BLOX manifold, and they work fine, so I assume BLOX are 10x1.5. Sorry for the confusion.

Ace Hardware has plenty of these studs. They are in the bolt section in the box labeled "Automotive Studs". I just bought an M10x1.25 stud for my bike two days ago.

damn i went to hawaii nut and bolt, and napa. i forgot which one i found 10x1.25 or 10x1.5 only at napa, but not at hawaii nut and bolt. Oh wells. ill check out ACE in hawaii.

your lost for good reason, revhard has been known to mess up and tap there manifolds to 1.25, there supposed to be 1.5 but a lot of them are 1.25 due to using the wrong tap by mistake... revhard

The ACE studs are black. Black are the strong ones....you'll be plenty fine. I've used them before on my turbo setup for over a year with no problems at all. Those bolts don't really need to be like super high strength because they are only holding up like 20lbs or so. It's no where near the forces that a strut bolt would see or something like that.

i understand but when your a revhard dealer and your customers yell at you like you dont know what your talking about cause someone at revhard used the wrong tap its a bit frustrating, then you call revhard and ask them why the last batch of manifolds had 1.25 instead of 1.5 and the guy laughs and say they just messed up.

im giving them a thumbs down for more than that, i stopped being a dealer becuase so many of there manifolds cracked i got sick of sending them back. they used to make good manifolds but they reduced the amount of metal being poured into the molds and they crack A LOT now, and the fact that there turbo kits now come with an ebay blow off valve, it was very sad to see a company that was once so good fall apart, thats why i give them one of these

I've done this, and not just with turbo parts.
The strange look you get from the cashier when you push your cart to the front is a nice bonus.
