Default Where do you buy IC pipe couplers??

Where do you guys buy your silicone or nitrile pipe couplers? I've found 'em at RRE and HoseTechniques but am open to more vendors for at least comparisons sake. I also need a 2.25" 90 coupler and I found one in silicone for around $60 This seem about average price?

I've googled them and checked out the sponsors page and **** but am looking for some personal feedback about service and prices....

Thanks

bah!

go on mccmaster.com and buy some nitrile coolant tubing. 3' in length for about $25. then buy some clamps and you have some great couplers.

Ebay has some guys selling nitrile stuff aswell now, but i bet it would be a lil cheaper doing it yourself my way. Also cut the couplers to about 3"

Some people are using radiator hose for couplers.

One way is to put a hose clamp or t-bolt clamp on and use that to follow around. Helps to have a really sharp knife or one that is serrated.

A friend of mine went to this deisel repair type place to get his. He said he got 2 feet for like, 10 bucks. I may be a little off, but i know it was signifigantly cheaper than anything i've seen online or at auto parts stores.

Well you can make 4 3 in. section, so that is a cost of $6.25 a piece. You know those big paper cutters they used to have in high-school, I bet that would cut the hose well. It was like a small board with a arm/lever with a blade on it...

The ebay guy seems to have competitive prices, too.

straight connectiors are 7$ at ATP, if you want the bling, get hte ones at ATP, they're good, but nitrile couplers hold a lot better and are strong as ****.

I found this place on the net, but have yet to try their couplers out. They have the cheapest prices for straight couplers that Ive found. $4.00 - 2", $4.50 - 2.25", $5.00 - 2.5". http://www.phase2motortrend.com
