Default where do i start to troubleshoot, car is running mega-rich?

ok, 1st this isnt my car, its my nephews crx w/ a sohc vtec swapped in with a DRAG turbo kit.

its the basic kit and w/ stock injectors, stock pump w/ inline pump up front. only other thing he has added was the missing link.

there is actually raw fuel coming out the tailpipe, checked the plugs after 10 min of driving and they are black as black can be.

the car bogs real bad and hesitates when going into boost, i should mention he ran very briefly w/ the stock pump (didnt boost) and he claimed the car ran fine, could the fuel pressure be causing the injectors to stick open? could it be a fualty fmu? why would this happen after the inline pump install?

thanks in advance, any troubleshooting ideas are welcome...

My car did the exact same thing, when the vac hose on the missing link was loose.

That much fuel is coming out when idling? Sounds like the FMU might be stuck.

Another thing you could do. To see if an injector is possibly sticking open: Put a long screwdriver on each injector and put your ear up to the handle side of the tool. You should hear the injector pulsing. If you have no pulse then you have a sticky injector. That would cause a rich running condition.
I would start with the FMU like you said though.
