where can my coolant be going???
my car has been overheating...i can smell coolant but i can't see it leaking anywhere...no spot underneath the car, none on passenger side floor board...none leaking inside the engine bay...hmmm...anyone know where it could be??? everytime i make the trip from home to work on the interstate it's fine but when i sit at work and let it idle it starts to creep up...i refill with a 50/50 mix and by the time i get home it does it again...it's about a 40min drive from my house to my job...can anyone help on this??? later.

Re: where can my coolant be going??? (B17aTURBO)
wouldn't a blown headgasket lower my compression in each cylinder??? and isn't there a test like taking the radiator cap off starting the car and if it bubbles then it's the headgasket gone bad??? it's too cold to try it tonite...i'll do it tomorrow...
